1Definitions

• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; identity and age verification procedures required before withdrawals are processed.
• "DPO" — jiji66's Data Protection Officer, responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable data privacy law.

2Data Controller

jiji66 acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) with respect to all personal data collected through the Platform, as that term is defined under the DPA 2012. As PIC, jiji66 determines the purposes and means by which your personal data is processed. jiji66 has appointed a Data Protection Officer who is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data privacy laws and for handling data subject requests. 4How We Collect Your Data

6Legal Basis for Processing

9International Data Transfers

Some of jiji66's service providers are located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred internationally, jiji66 ensures that such transfers comply with the DPA 2012 and the NPC's requirements for cross-border data transfers, including ensuring that the recipient jurisdiction or organisation provides an adequate level of data protection or that appropriate contractual safeguards (such as data processing agreements) are in place.

10Data Retention

jiji66 retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods:

• Account and transaction records: Minimum five (5) years from account closure or last transaction, in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements.
• KYC and identity documents: Minimum five (5) years from account closure, per AMLC and PAGCOR requirements.
• Customer support communications: Two (2) years from the date of last interaction, unless the communication relates to an ongoing dispute or regulatory matter.
• Technical and usage logs: Twelve (12) months on active servers; up to thirty-six (36) months in archived form for security and fraud investigation purposes.
• Marketing data: Until you withdraw consent or opt out, after which data is deleted or anonymised within thirty (30) days.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jiji66 will securely delete or anonymise your personal data so that it can no longer be linked to you as an individual.

11Data Security

jiji66 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

13Children's Privacy

The jiji66 Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. jiji66 does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from persons under 21 years of age. If jiji66 discovers that personal data has been collected from an underage individual, the associated account will be immediately terminated and all related data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention procedures.

Parents or guardians who believe that a minor has provided personal data to jiji66 without their consent are encouraged to contact us at [email protected] so that the matter can be investigated and resolved promptly.

14Marketing Communications

Where you have opted in to receive marketing communications from jiji66, we may contact you via email, SMS, or push notification with information about promotions, bonuses, new games, and platform updates. jiji66 will not send marketing communications without your prior consent, except where permitted by applicable law to existing customers regarding similar products and services.
