1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jiji66", "we", "us", "our" refers to jiji66 and the operating entity behind the platform accessible at jiji66.net.
• "Platform" means the jiji66 website (jiji66.net), all associated web pages, applications, software, and services made available by jiji66.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the jiji66 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the jiji66 Platform.
• "Games" means all casino games, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, crash games, and any other gaming products made available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a jiji66 promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player via an approved payment method and available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

2Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account and must immediately cease all use of the Platform. jiji66 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jiji66 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.

3Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The jiji66 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This requirement reflects PAGCOR standards and applicable Philippine law governing online gaming. jiji66 adopts a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

jiji66 is operated for Filipino players and persons in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jiji66 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in all locations.

3.3 Additional Restrictions

You are not eligible to register or maintain an Account if you:

• Are under 21 years of age;
• Have previously been excluded or banned from the Platform by jiji66;
• Are registered on a self-exclusion list maintained by jiji66 or any applicable regulatory body;
• Are acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these Terms;
• Are an employee, contractor, or agent of jiji66 or any of its affiliates, game providers, or partners.

4Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the jiji66 Platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited. jiji66 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any associated transactions or winnings.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. jiji66 shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or errors arising from inaccurate account information provided by a Player.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiji66 login credentials. jiji66 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — shall be your responsibility. You must notify jiji66 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your jiji66 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance that does not form part of a pending Bonus wagering requirement will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

5Account Verification (KYC)

jiji66 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of at least one (1) valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, Voter's ID, and PRC Professional ID.

jiji66 may also request proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months) and, where large transactions are involved, proof of source of funds. All documents must be submitted in legible, unaltered form. jiji66 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.

jiji66 shall process KYC submissions within three (3) business days under normal circumstances. During promotional periods or high-volume windows, processing may take up to five (5) business days. Players will be notified of their verification status via their registered email address.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

jiji66 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and USDT (TRC-20 network). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfer methods. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your Account instantly under normal operating conditions.

jiji66 does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, third-party transaction fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside jiji66's control and will be borne by the Player. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) full satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) compliance with these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya. Withdrawal requests submitted to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

jiji66 reserves the right to perform additional identity checks on any withdrawal request and to suspend processing pending satisfactory completion of such checks. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account held in the name of the registered jiji66 Account holder. jiji66 does not support withdrawal to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the jiji66 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. USDT deposits and withdrawals are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. jiji66 shall not be liable for any exchange rate fluctuations.

7Bonuses & Promotions

jiji66 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All jiji66 bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have fully completed Account registration;
• Each promotion may be claimed only once per Player, household, IP address, or device;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any portion may be withdrawn;
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion — typically seven (7) days unless otherwise specified;
• Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10%, while slot games typically contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's individual terms;
• jiji66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• In cases where a bonus has been obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms, jiji66 reserves the right to void all associated winnings and close the Account.

8Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jiji66 Platform are supplied by third-party certified game providers. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In all cases, the rules displayed within the game shall govern the outcome of that game. jiji66 is not responsible for errors or malfunctions within individual games, although jiji66 will endeavour to resolve all such issues promptly with the relevant game provider.

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently tested and audited. jiji66 does not manipulate, influence, or interfere with game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, jiji66 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all stakes placed therein.

For sports betting markets, jiji66 accepts bets up to the maximum stake limits displayed on each market. jiji66 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict markets, or decline bets at its sole discretion, particularly with respect to accounts that display patterns consistent with professional arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiji66 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by jiji66;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraudulent, or illegal activity;
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or from third-party payment accounts;
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent representations or by circumventing eligibility conditions;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jiji66 staff or other Players.

jiji66 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in any prohibited conduct, to void all associated winnings, and to report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable.

10Account Suspension & Termination

jiji66 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate any Player Account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information;
• The Account is being used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activities;
• Continued Account access would pose a risk to the integrity of jiji66's operations;
• Required by regulatory, law enforcement, or court order.

Upon termination for cause, jiji66 may withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Where a Player Account is closed through no fault of the Player, jiji66 will process any outstanding Real Money Balance to the Player's registered payment method within five (5) business days.

11Responsible Gaming

jiji66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that while the vast majority of Filipino players enjoy gaming as entertainment, a small proportion may develop problematic gambling habits. jiji66 provides the following player protection tools, all accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes immediate effect; an increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable per-session time caps with in-game notifications as limits approach.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss amounts over defined periods.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a minimum of six (6) months, up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed within the elected period.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the jiji66 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations, and software code — is the property of jiji66 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiji66 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of the Platform, even if jiji66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jiji66's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

jiji66 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. jiji66 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

14Privacy & Data Protection

jiji66's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

jiji66 collects and processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. 15Amendments to These Terms

jiji66 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jiji66 will provide notice via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a prominent notification on the Platform. The revised Terms will state an effective date and will apply to all activity on the Platform from that date forward.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

16Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to attempt resolution through jiji66's customer support team. jiji66 aims to resolve all Player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Assistance and Dispute Resolution process where applicable.
